Can I Ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes! For our customers' protection, we require the billing address to match the shipping address, or that the shipping address be listed as an alternate address with the credit card company. To do this, please contact your credit card company and have them add the second address to your account. Once you have done this, please send us an email with the phone number of your credit card company so we can verify your address and process your order.
When will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 3pm EST will be shipped out that day. Orders placed after 3pm EST will usually ship the following day. All products are

Does my order require a signature?
All orders over $100 require an adult signature at time of delivery. If your order is under $100 and there is a safe place to leave the package, the UPS driver may leave the package if no one is available at the time of delivery.
How much is shipping?
To calculate your shipping charges:
1. Add an item(s) to the shopping cart.
2. Enter in your Zip Code and Country
3. Click the Update Button
4. The page will now reload showing all available shipping options.
Can I track my package?
As long as you have entered a valid email address when placing your order, you will receive an email containing your UPS tracking number the evening of the day that your order ships out.
